ProcurementAs a growing corporation with complex and ongoing requirements for new resources, we often seek to procure equipment and apparatus via tenders, a process which ultimately allows us to evaluate the latest offers from suppliers across the globe. Such a system enables each party to approach the acquisition in an efficient and transparent fashion, and thus mitigating costs for all of those involved. It also provides us with sufficient time to accurately assess each proposal in accordance with our needs. Whilst our strict demands for quality and punctual delivery are well documented, we also take into account a number of other factors. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with all health and safety laws, relevant environmental regulations, and any additional technical necessities. Despite the fact it is vital we obtain these goods and services from vendors who operate ethically and adhere to the described principles, we strive to ensure that enterprises of all sizes have fair access to participate in our tendering structure. Consequently, each procedure to award a contract is held on a competitive basis, with ample opportunities for large, medium, small and unregistered businesses to cooperate in a routine manner. Notwithstanding the fact we do our utmost to remove any conflicts of interest from such proceedings, we do however prioritize domestic companies over their international counterparts in support of our fellow compatriots.
To facilitate this, we invite all interested parties to submit the form below in either the English or Russian language. This shall allow us to garner and store all the data we require to judge the suitability of each merchant to our exigencies. With a broad range of needs for various materials, we place no restrictions on the type of products each potential vendor can provide to us via this arrangement, although our primary areas of interest can be easily ascertained through the resources published on this website. Whilst filing a submission serves as an initial to doing business with Rusneftegaz, we may opt to make further inquiries with regard to the information provided. This includes undertaking our own checks on the economic standing of each entity using data in the public domain, such as reviewing financial filings and credit reports. Thorough investigation of all possible partners primarily provides security for us as a customer, and minimizes exposure to risk for our organization in general. It also ensures that each applicant can demonstrate adequate means to fulfil any future contractual obligations with us, in conjunction with providing continuity as a supplier in their market sector.
Following each submission, the data sent to us via the form will be received, collated and processed in a structured manner by one of our tendering specialists. All the data that is directed to us is confidential, and will only be used by Rusneftegaz to appraise each candidacy as a vendor. Acknowledgement of your registration in our database is not sent automatically, but a member of our staff will notify each candidate that their application has been transmitted. Once any supplementary materials are furnished and our internal review has been completed, each designated individual will be contacted again regarding the status of their enrollment. Your details will be added to our list of approved vendors in the relevant categories if your submission is accepted, and your business will ultimately be considered to partner with us in the future. Any party whom we deem unsuitable will receive feedback in due course. Please note that being registered in our records does not qualify those enrolled to participate in all our bidding processes, nor does it guarantee that any trading will be conducted at a later date. All information that is forwarded to our corporation can be amended by a nominee upon request, and is always retained for a minimum of three years after a competitive bid before being removed. Within the framework of data retention, we have also elected to store all written communications between both parties for subsequent reference, including any contact that occurs during initial registration.
Once each application has been determined, those who have been selected by us to bid will be granted access to our automated electronic tendering system. All concerned are to be advised that this does not serve as an auction, or as a competition, for contracts and that each bid will be assessed by our experts based upon its own merits. As such, all our contracting procedures are arranged in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries in which the process is organized. However, these proceedings are not subject to the provisions of either Federal Law No. 223-FZ or No. 44-FZ, nor is it regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, principally due to the fact that Rusneftegaz is not a state-owned entity. All applicants and participants should consider that our company does not levy any charges to engage in our tenders or submit an application to do so. Anyone who attempts to solicit such fees is committing fraud, and thus must be reported to our fraud prevention officer as soon as practicable. All queries regarding this program, including the registration procedure, may be directed to us via email, telephone or using the contact form on this website.
