Additional Loan Facility Obtained

Pertaining to the previous update regarding our organization undertaking a new financing arrangement, Rusneftegaz has also obtained an additional loan facility worth $125,0 million from the same shareholder. This was arranged on 18 January with a charge on further assets, and also does not bear any interest. As per the arrangement on 4 January, the loan will reach maturity after one year with proceeds from the facility approved to be utilized for general business purposes, including the granting of funds to our subsidiaries. The board of directors ultimately intends to deploy the borrowed capital to expedite the overhaul of our energy infrastructure and acquire additional equipment.
